Hello! I'm Carolina Collepardo, a seasoned Product Design and Research professional with over a decade of experience transforming ideas into impactful, user-centered solutions. My journey in UX began with a deep-rooted passion for blending art with technology, evolving through a rich career that spans multiple industries and countries.

Throughout my career, I've led numerous UX initiatives, most notably at UKG, where I spearheaded innovation programs that reshaped existing services and introduced new features, boosting the product offering (+$3 PEPM). My work is grounded in thorough research and market intelligence, allowing me to effectively uncover and address user needs.

My professional journey includes pivotal roles such as:

  • Product Design and Research Principal at UKG: Leading UX on innovation programs, conducting exploratory research, and prototyping new product concepts.

  • UX Architect at Office Depot: Led the UX and design for the Search/Browse experience and Product Pages, enhancing user experiences and increasing conversion rates through strategic design and research.

  • UX Lead at Arrow Consulting: Developing comprehensive UX strategies for a diverse portfolio of projects.

  • Founder of the First UX Team at Liverpool: Helping Mexico’s largest retail chain develop a strong online presence using best practices to deliver quality digital service.

  • Events Director for UX Research and Strategy (UXRS): I volunteer in this role, where I manage event planning and logistics and foster knowledge sharing and innovation within the UX field.

Outside work, I enjoy exploring cuisines, cooking, practicing yoga, and painting with my daughter and husband.
